Noel Johansen’s 22-year voice-over career started in New York, continued in Los Angeles, and is now thriving in Vancouver. He has done over a thousand commercials, and worked on many narration and animation series as well as promos and video games.
Commercially, Noel is currently the voice of McDonalds in Western Canada, and Nexgard, Off Repellant, Blinds.com, and ICCU in the United States. He has been the voice of Panasonic, Nokia, Future shop, Shaw TV, BC Honda, Ford Alberta Sylvan Learning. He was the promo voice for TBS’s “America’s Greatest Makers,” shows for the Travel Channel, and Discovery Channel.
In narration, he has narrated shows including NBC’s MLS 36, Urban Suburban, Hollywood’s Greatest Stunts and Tube Tales, as well as a documentary called Meltdown America.
In animation, he is still playing Jesus in the 8 year running animation series “Superbook,” was Stanford Issac Rhodes III and Tesla Volotov in Cartoon Netowork’s “Hotwheels: Battle Force FiveGeneral Garg on Lego’s “Nexo-Knights,” Slug in “Dr. Dimension Pants,” as well as Iron Man in YouTube “Marvel Shorts.” Look out for him in the new "Cats and Dogs 3" movie voicing the role of Schnauzer.
